Duties

Reporting
to your Line Manager, providing regular updates of the current scheduled of work
-
Regularly
liaise throughout the day with the Service advisor team on all things in direct
relation to the workshop
-
Processing
engineers reports from write up though to an account invoice.
-
Liaising
with customers in requesting purchase order numbers.
-
Using
Fleet account portals to request work authorisation and purchase order numbers.
-
Using
Manufacturer R&M and warranty systems to complete and invoice completed
work.

Input
and adjustments of engineers time sheets.
-
Monitoring
and actioning emails in accounts and administration mail boxes.
-
Investigating
and dealing with customer invoice queries.
-
Confirming
and processing customers legal vehicle documentation.
-
Updating
spreadsheets/logs of outstanding Purchase order numbers.
-
Answering
department incoming phone calls.
-
Display
excellent customer service skills over the phone and face to face
Liaise with other
departments to promote good communication across the company
