Our Fleet Management process allows our customers to run their fleet with peace of mind. However large or small the fleet we will take care of it, from light goods vehicles to heavy duty cranes.
Every year our dedicated Administration Team will book and process each vehicle belonging to each fleet depending on its needs. We can arrange and complete all types of work from O licence inspections to services and MOT’s, alleviating our customers from the pressures of organising the maintenance of their entire fleet.
We appreciate that minimal down time is essential for everyone. With this in mind we check each time vehicles are in for a routine inspection, whether a service is required.
We send our customers an annual inspection and MOT planner. This schedule includes all routine inspections for the rest of the year at days and times that work for our customers businesses. Our Service Team send reminders via email or fax transmission 2 weeks before scheduled appointments are due.
We understand our customers have commitments to their customers. If pre-arranged inspections cannot be made, we endeavour to re-book these at the earliest convenience.
